These terms apply to detailing services provided by Adv Mobile Detailing LLC and to your use of this website.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this site, including linear-foot rates and the on-page estimator, are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed on site once we have seen the rig. Where a page says an in-person evaluation is required (heavy oxidation and full ceramic installations, for example), that is because the work genuinely cannot be quoted accurately from a photo.

Scheduling and access

Because we are fully mobile, you are responsible for making sure we can reach and legally work on your rig: adequate space to walk the perimeter, permission from the storage lot, marina, campground, or HOA where it is parked, and safe working conditions. If we arrive and cannot access the rig, we may need to reschedule.

Severe weather can make detailing unsafe or simply ineffective. We may reschedule for weather, and we will tell you as early as we can.

Condition of your rig

We inspect before we start and will point out pre-existing damage: cracked gelcoat, failing seals, lifting decals, prior repairs, or clear coat that has already failed. Some conditions cannot be corrected by detailing, and some surfaces are too far gone to respond to polishing. We will tell you honestly what is achievable before work begins rather than after.

Results

Restoration and coating outcomes depend on how much usable gelcoat remains and on how the rig is stored and used afterwards. Protection products wear based on sun exposure, mileage, and storage conditions, so durability descriptions are expected performance, not guarantees.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
