An airframe is a finish job with no room for error.

The surfaces are large, curved and unforgiving, and most of them sit well above head
height. Getting a consistent finish across a fuselage means working off lifts, panel by
panel, at a pace that does not leave a halo where one section stopped and the next began.
The same chemistry we use on gelcoat
The same things that make us careful with gelcoat apply here. We use eco-friendly,
non-petroleum products, a deionized spot-free rinse so nothing dries into the surface,
and we work by hand where a machine has no business being.

Quoted per airframe
There is no useful per-foot number for aircraft. Size, height, finish, how long it has been since the last one, and what the hangar gives us to work with all move the figure. So we quote it on the phone rather than guess it on a web page.
